Refund Policy

At Drip Kick, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer exchanges, subject to availability.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
